MADE TO ORDER – GOWNS
Please note that lead times for made-to-order gowns vary by designer, typically requiring up to 6 months. However, we offer a curated selection of styles that can be produced in a shorter timeframe. If you are facing a time constraint, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@centralweddings.com for further assistance. Additionally, rush orders may be available upon request, subject to applicable fees.
MADE TO ORDER – ACCESSORIES
Kindly allow a minimum of 3-4 months for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Once dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please be aware that certain items may have different delivery timelines, and all estimated delivery windows are approximations only.

OFF THE RACK PURCHASE - GOWNS
Notwithstanding the foregoing, discounted off-the-rack purchases are sold as is, reflecting their condition at the time of sale, including any minor imperfections. Please note that no returns, spot cleaning, or dry cleaning services are available. By purchasing off-the-rack, you acknowledge your responsibility to assess its condition and to undertake any desired improvements.
IN STOCK ORDER FOR ACCESSORIES/ JEWELRY
In-stock orders will be shipped from Hong Kong within 7 business days of placement. Once dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please be aware that certain items may have different delivery timelines, and all specified delivery windows are approximations only.
ORDERS FOR MULTIPLE PIECES WITH DIFFERENT DELIVERY WINDOWS
If you place a single order for multiple items with varying delivery timelines, your order will be shipped once all items are complete and ready for dispatch, typically within the latest estimated delivery window of the items ordered. If you would like certain pieces to be shipped as they become available before the entire order is fulfilled, please contact us at info@centralweddings.com to arrange special shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
SHIPPING
All orders within Hong Kong are shipped via SF Express, typically within 1 to 3 business days. Overnight and next-day shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
International shipments are handled through DHL or FedEx, depending on the shipping restrictions for specific countries, and are typically dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
Central Weddings is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments, nor for any delays or issues that may arise during international shipping. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed. These fees can be paid directly through the DHL or FedEx website, and they will contact you regarding payment. For more information about taxes and duties, please consult your local customs office. To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and label them as dutiable merchandise. If you refuse to pay the assessed duties and taxes and request to cancel your order, all shipping fees and administrative charges related to the cancellation will be deducted from your final refund.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you are available to sign for your order, as you are fully responsible for its acceptance. Central Weddings is not liable for lost packages, delayed deliveries, or any other issues that may occur once your order leaves our store. If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to a delivery failure, you will be responsible for the re-shipment fees.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that all off-the-rack purchases and in-stock orders purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
