Refund policy

Any payment made by the client for gown purchase and/or rental (regardless being a deposit, balance or full upfront payment) will not be made refundable under any circumstances.

All goods are non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of any dispute, all decisions made by the store’s management shall be final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
